Large Item Pickup

Click here to fill out the online form to arrange for the City to come pick up your items. 

• Before filling out this form, please review the City's accepted items list to make sure your items qualify. If you  need more information, please contact City Sanitation at 604-294-7972.
• City staff will contact you in 1-3 business days.
• Once City staff contact you to confirm pickup, label the items with Your Unit Address and Pickup Date.. 
• Items must be placed in the designateted City pick up area located just inside the Visitor Parkade entrance on the right-hand side between pillar and wall.
• If necessary, be sure to cover matresses with plastic to prevent moisture exposure.
