OVERVIEW:
Each Stonebrook townhouse unit is equipped with two natural gas fireplaces for heating the main floor areas. The living room fireplace also supplies heated air through ducts to the main bedroom on the top floor. The family area fireplace also supplies heat to the kitchen area. Electric baseboard heaters are used elsewhere. Fireplaces should be inspected once a year.

Instructions on the following 6 pages are a partial scan of the original installation, operation and maintenance document found in each Stonebrook Owner’s Manual. The following abridged document is supplied “as is”, for the convenience of resident(s) on How To re-light the gas pilot flame if it goes out, or what to do next.
